The studio was clean, organized, Hannah was amazing, knowledgeable, encouraging and little did I know, I joined an intermediate class and not beginners so heavy emphasis on Hannah being encouraging lol I recommend this studio and doing a lagree class or several, you’ll thank me later!"

"My absolute favorite workout studio ever! If you’ve never tried Lagree—do it! This method can benefit anyone and everyone, and this studio is truly the best of the best. This low impact workout is surprisingly intense and is a wonderful cross-training activity. The teachers are knowledgeable, kind, and invested in their clients, and the two lovely owners are so dedicated and inspiring. I also love supporting a female-owned business. These women deserve all the success in the world for how much love and devotion they’ve poured into the studio. I plan to be a member for life!"
"I am a Bold devotee. I've been doing Lagree at Bold for years. It's the hardest workout l've ever done, but it's very safe and gentle on the joints. I am 53 and have rheumatoid arthritis and with modifications, I can do 2-3 classes a week. My core is strongest it's ever been. My legs are incredibly toned. The teachers are so fun and kind and they motivate you to do your personal best. Bold is very inclusive - all ages and body types are welcome. If you're new, I highly recommend starting with a Basics class."
