"Do yourself a favor and make your appointment with Authentic Healing MyoFascial Release as soon as you can. They will help you feel better and work on the source(s) of your pain, not just the symptom(s). I did not know Kristi or Lori before making my appointments with them. A friend of mine heard of my pain and recommended the practice of MyoFascial Release that originated in Sedona, AZ. I contacted Sedona and they referred to me Lori and Kristi. I'm forever grateful. Kristi and Lori are the real deal. MyoFascial Release has been a life changing experience for me. I'm 65, and my story is too long to post here, but I have been in pain since my twenties. I have tried almost anything you can think of. Some places have successfully addressed my symptoms, but the pain returned very quickly. Lori and Kristi gave me a personalized assessment and treatment. It's always a tandem treatment, so both of them are working on me the whole session. They share with me every step of the way, they give understandable directions and explanations of what they will be doing during each step, and ask for my feedback throughout. Communication is key during the treatments. They talk to each other constantly, and tell me I can listen, ignore them, or join in. I'm not going to try to explain MyoFascial Release, but I have four hands working on me the whole session. This means two sets of eyes paying attention as well . They compare observations in real time. Together, they discover the causes and effects as they make corrections to my body's structure and inner-workings. I get more relief because they go beyond just treating a symptom. All I know is I have received the most effective solution to my pain I've ever had. My body now "works in concert" in a way I cannot remember before treatments. They will be the first to tell you that every person has a different experience, but I know others who have had success as I have. You owe it to yourself to give them a try."
