Kim was amazing at getting our 3 kids onboarded and when things opened back up they’ve all been going 3-5+ times a week in person ever since. They even convince me to take an evening jiu jitsu class that I’ve enjoyed for a couple years now. Great family oriented martial arts school!"

"My son started here at Kovar’s a few months ago. He absolutely loves coming to class. Every instructor is professional and extremely good with the toddlers/preschool age kids in his class (who are significantly harder to coach well and maintain patience with compared to school aged children) I taught competitive sports for well over 14 years at a high level. Worked with Olympian’s and the coaches who coached them. Take my word for it - the instructors here are excellent. Caswell has been teaching since I was a child (in fact, he was my instructor) The very few times I have had to defend myself in the real world, I won the fights in devastating fashion and my aggressors honestly had no idea what happened to them. From correct striking to discipline and routine, kovars is worth every penny."
