"Trevor is a great fitness coach to get on your team. I had some chronic knee injuries from working in emergency medical service and had surgeries years ago. The pain I was experiencing was bad and after talking with Trevor he suggested a light without that included building the mucked around the knee and my knees feel so much better, I'm impressed. I'm on the list for a knee replacement but my knee feel better to the point that I am pushing the knee replacement back as far as possibly. Thank you Trevor!"
