"This location is very small which makes working out uncomfortable. The most egregious thing about this location is the showers, they are communal. Don’t bring your kids here or at least teach them about the dangers of predators who might fetishize them while they shower."

"This 24-hour fitness center is designed to support the local neighborhood in the Greenhaven area. It is situated in a strip mall. It has cardio machines, cable systems, and free weights. The workout area is a bit congested, so plan your visits accordingly. There is a suana and steam room for 8-10 persons max in each room. The facility has been supporting the neighborhood for quite some time. Parking is in the adjacent parking lot."

"I have been coming to this gym for years. I have been disappointed that the hours have been shortened. There is a group of us that would love for this location to open at 4:30am instead of 5am. We used to be able to get in a little early, but apparently, the staff were told not to let customers in until 5am. This has impacted my work out routine because I have to leave at a certain time in order to go to work. I am aware of some gyms being 24 hours, but there is a faithful following in the early morning at Riverlake and if it opened at 4:30 am, people will come. Our membership dues should cover the cost of that extra half hour. I am glad to see some cleaning being done because it was getting bad for a while and I had complained a couple of times to the morning staff."

"Great location, hours of operation should expand to 4-12 in my opinion. There's enough demand for it. They could hire a better cleaning staff as well. The suana is disgusting, trash piled up underneath the benches, the floor is nearly black. Every machine has a thick layer of dust underneath it. Only reason anything is clean seems to be due to the actual gym goers wiping them down. Gym goers are all kind, staff is friendly."

"Overall nice small facility, however, the bathrooms are gross. Black mold in showers, clogged showers without privacy guards, trash laying around bathrooms/sauna areas, grimy bathroom floors, ect. Have reported this to staff over the past few months and nothing has changed. Perhaps the new manager could see that this place is better taken care of and at least pretend to be friendly. The regular staff here is great."
