"Well kept up facility! Nice clean bathrooms. Great trainers. Pride of ownership shows throughout. Very welcoming non intimidating atmosphere. People are here to get a workout in and learn the sweet science. They are also super awesome with kids. My boys love coming here. All the trainers are great. They take time to help and instruct you on how to improve your technique. My energy has sky rocketed since joining. My 3 sons all got in better shape as well. They have stared running, lifting weights and working out extra besides the boxing classes just to do better in the Boxing Gym. My boys got in shape here!!"

"Walked in to sign my family up. The owner, talked to someone behind the desk for quite some time as me and my children just stood there. He never acknowledged us. When the person he was speaking with left, he Still never acknowledged us even though we stood there right in his sight at the desk. Finally, as I didn't leave, he looked at me with irritation, took a deep breath as he hesitated to get up from the desk to help us. Even when he got to us at the counter, he just looked at us raising his eyebrows to gesture, "What?" Although, I was a new potential customer, I had to greet him. He treated me as I if was just young and a huge waste of his time. Once he learned, I was interested in possibly signing up FOUR people, he suddenly grew nice and interested to speak to me. I'll pass!! My kids and I were disappointed because we really wanted to try this place. Such horrible treatment and first impression! Lesson to the owner & staff of this establishment, NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY IT"S COVER!"
"My kids love it here, they enjoy the boxing experience with their coach Jelena. The staff here is very friendly and really give you a great work out especially coach Joel in my experience! I highly recommend it for kids and adults."
