"I spent a month planning to come to this business to obtain my baton permit at $175. I scheduled the day off from work today January 28, 2023 without pay at 8:00 am. I spoke to the male and female of this business and they advised me to just come to the class. Right now I am here and the door is locked. So I called and spoke with the female, who got her husband on the phone with us and he said that he did not get an email confirmation. I advised him that I was not informed of no email confirmation. I was advised to just come to the class in which he asked me, " Who told you that?" and I said, "You did!" The female confirmed to him this is what was told of me while we were all on the phone. The man said, "Without the email confirmation , he was sorry." I could not enter to take the class to obtain my baton permit with my security position. So I lost a days worth of overtime pay of 8 hours at $27 an hour from my job, was unable to attend the class to obtain my baton permit and now I get to finish my day very upset at the Arc Angel Defense business. "If you’re looking for a thorough basic pistol class then you’ve found the right place. Harry was phenomenal in teaching us the ins and outs of basic handgun instruction. We had in class teaching and afterwards, we went to the range to use what we learned. I came in with no knowledge of firearms but after our in class instruction, I felt confident to start shooting. I’m so glad I took the class because it prepared me for things I would’ve never known about handling a firearm, the laws, how to clean a firearm and also the basic stances to fire a gun.
