The instructors are awesome, the environment is friendly, supportive, caring, and self-defense oriented. My son has already used what he's learned to defend himself without escalating the situation. The curriculum is equally challenging and rewarding, and the take-away philosophies/principles will help you excel in many areas of life! A total bonus is that they don't charge for belt tests/promotion. I can't recommend this place enough - just go and try out a class and see if it's a good fit!"
