"Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Studio Barre while staying in Birdrock. Sign up was super easy online and they offered a variety of times to attend class throughout the day. The instructors were wonderful and each class pushed me physically and was a nice change from my regular HIT workouts back home. The studio is bright and clean and welcoming as was the staff. Thank you Mo! I look forward to returning on my next visit to Birdrock and recommending the studio to others and friends who visit."

"I love Studio Barre Birdrock! All of the instructors are super encouraging , inspiring, and really push you to challenge yourself. Workouts are always set to fun music , in a clean studio and it feels like a community of super supportive women. The owner is AMAZING, honestly such a kind person and it shows through her staff and this cute studio. Schedule has early classes, middle of the day and late ones too- something for everyone! "Studio Barre Bird Rock was a super friendly place. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles! Everyone was warm and easy to talk to. The instructor was very helpful in her verbal cues to get the right muscle engagement throughout the entire hour. My legs were quivering during the standing portion. My abs and glutes burned during the mat exercises. I would recommend this studio for a safe and fun total body workout."

"Started the beginning of 2018, to try something new. I wanted to shake up my workouts and I fell in love with barre because of Studio Barre Bird Rock. I have periods where I go three times a week to at least once a week. Either way the barre-tenders are welcoming and the owners Megs+Moo are super awesome. They helped me set up a barre-ty event for my fundraiser with Make-A-Wish. Would highly suggest, if you are looking for a good workout and a supportive family!"
