I was shy when I began Hana, and now I am an instructor. He has a program beyond just being a student called the Leadership Team. There is no additional cost to it, except for your time. This team is a tight knit group of students who want to reach for more. I have found a lot of good people in the leadership team. It’s amazing to see the shift in people’s attitudes when they’ve been a part of the team for a while. They become respectful and responsible people.
