I’ve seen all of the changes over the years to where it has settled now. Great family environment, wonderful place to workout, and a gym just filled with down to earth men and women. Classes are run smoothly and every minute in class is used wisely. Gus is a great instructor and his passion for Jiu Jitsu definitely shines in any class that you take with him. There are classes from 6 in the morning to 6 in the evening as well as other martial arts that include Muay Thai and Wrestling for both kids and adults. I would recommend this to my friends and family, and I surely recommend it for anybody interested in learning Jiu Jitsu."
