"Nice place for ice skating. Took my daughters and they really enjoyed it."
"Took my daughter for group ice skating lessons. At one point she fell and could not get up and started crying. My mother instincts kicked in and I ran out to help her find her footing. The instructor, Erica, gave me a haughty look and said, "you're not allowed in here." I wouldn't have ran out there in the first place if she had been paying attention and helping the kids who fell! Shame on you, Erica."
"The moment I approached the door, this place smells weird and it's very cold. Arriving early with some friends (we went to skating rinks before), we get our tickets and rental shoes, but 2 of my buddies got the wrong size. Even though the staff was nice, (I had little interaction) they made some mistakes. Then we hopped onto ice and we immediately noticed that the ice was a bit melted and slippery. Even though there was little people, we had little fun and the lights and fog was doing its thing. We got bored cause the quality of this place wasn't the best. They can improve this place by just making the ice better maybe. I will never show up here again. I don't know how this place got good ratings. Worst ice skating rink ever."
