"Curtice is everything you want in a basketball trainer. His expertise goes far deeper than his personal basketball skill. He coaches confidence, hard work, and the mental aspects of basketball. He individualizes all practices for his players, and even invests in his players by watching their games and studying their progress. He is unaffiliated in team play, so stays non-political and focused on individual player development (such a huge value in the youth basketball arena). As a former high school coach, athletic director, and athletic administrator in my 30 year career in education, and I can tell you first-hand that he is one of the best I've ever seen. We feel incredibly lucky that he is in our home town of Dana Point, serving all South OC!"

"I have a 9 year old son who really likes basketball. We are very appreciative that we found Coach Curtice, who is a high level trainer yet very modest. He has worked with NBA level talent and it shows. Curtice has the ability to teach at your level. He doesn't just go through drills but will analyze specifically what the individual player can improve on. At the end of a training session he will play 1 vs 1, at my son's level, to reinforce things he has taught throughout the session and previous sessions. He will encourage the player to make the best move based on the defense he is showing you, and this has translated to improvement on the court for my son. We could not be more pleased with his professionalism. My son chooses to write down on flash cards what he has learned from Coach Curtice after each session, and so far he has 46 flash cards and counting..."
