"Not quite sure why but almost without fail every single time I call and have spoken to someone. Which Is always I believe the same woman, she is rude and responds with a negative attitude and as if my call is bothersome to her. I find this humorous considering it's her profession. Trying to get ahold of them on the phone on the last hour before closing, you can forget about it. I'm pretty certain they are aware but ignore it as to not have to do more work. Service is terrible. Terrible people with disgusting demeanor. Two older ladies however who ran my education and group classes were phenomenal. Really loved their personalities. The Wonan who runs the Wednesday 6pm to 8pm group class was an amazing individual and they get 5 stars. All of the front desk is just poor poor service."
