He loves that each class is different - working with weights and speed training. He likes all the instructors and has been really happy. The trainers are experienced people with real-world knowledge and education in sports, and movement but most of all THEY CARE. They pour into each participant, know their names, and create a non-judgmental environment for all levels to flourish. This place is absolutely the best. They make training FUN! "As an adult looking to improve my long-term health/fitness, joining D1 was the best decision I've made in a decade. I've tried apps & at-home workouts, but I need more accountability. Daylon (manager) was informative, casual, & by far the least "salesy" first experience I've had when checking out a gym. Classes are fun, easygoing, royally whip my tail, & I haven't felt this good in years. All the instructors are friendly & down to earth. It feels like lifting/training with my buddies rather than a "staff/customer" interaction. The training itself is designed for sports athletes, so it's not only helping with my overall strength/fitness, but with coordination, joint pain improvement, & flexibility. Can't say enough good things about this place. 3 weeks in & I am HOOKED."
