"Loved it!!!!! So much fun!!!!! This was my first experience with DanceFit and I chose the 45 minute cardio class. The instructor was professional, moved beautifully, full of energy and incredibly talented. She knows how to target those stubborn areas too! I plan on taking every class. Honestly, I would have never pushed myself if I were alone or watching a video. This class got me moving! I felt like I worked every muscle group and stretched every muscle group. I have taken many cardio glasses in a gym setting and this was so much better than anything I’ve ever taken. It’s like having a high caliber personal dance and fitness instructor come to the comfort of your home. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!"
"Professional, friendly, and fantastic teachers! Stacy and Shelly have been teaching my daughter ballet for several years—my daughter loves them both and continues to improve her dancing. I have visibly noticed that she has great coordination and core strength; we attribute much of her athleticism to ballet. Stacy and Shelly have never canceled a class or called in sick. They are patient and experienced ballerinas who dance beautifully. They also teach hip-hop / jazz and work extremely well with young toddlers. During the pandemic, they offer online and in-person classes. They take temperatures, require masks, and safely distance all the students. We have never felt unsafe attending a class. Depending on the lockdown restrictions, we have danced outside as well."
