"Amazing gym with outstanding culture! Came in with a friend who wanted to try it and ended being the one that stayed haha! Really enjoyed training with coaches Jen and Russell. They teach great jiu jitsu with great patience. Their techniques are above many, many gym. I’ve really felt my game change and improve within the few weeks I’ve been training there. They have many elite athletes as well that help you along the way. I really enjoy the ALL WOMEN class, it feels like a safe space to learn and work fundamentals. Overall the gym is great, the culture is awesome and the coaches are exceptional. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to start their jiu jitsu journey."
