Welcome to the National Gymnastics Training Center in Aliso Viejo, California! For over 30 years, we have been dedicated to providing high-quality gymnastics, tumbling, and trampoline skills for children of all ages and abilities. Our goal is to create a fun and active environment where children can pursue excellence in their training.
Our facility is home to various teams, including the National Gymnastics Competitive Team, the National Shooting Stars team, the National All-Stars Cheer team, and Sweet Peas Educational Gymnastics program. We offer a wide range of programs for children to enhance their fitness levels and build confidence through physical activity.
At National Gymnastics, we believe in creating an enjoyable learning experience for our students. Our experienced coaches are committed to helping children achieve their goals and dreams. We offer free trial lessons so your child can explore our programs before committing fully.

It pretty obvious a group of teenagers got together and wrote a bunch of one star reviews after the gym "changed their rules" about flipping. Any gym that keeps safety a priority is a gym I will gladly give my business to."
