"I am so glad that I found this program. My daughter started going to Embark's 3-day per week intensive outpatient program (IOP) about one month ago. She was filled with apprehension at first since she had a very negative experience at the last IOP place that she participated in (at Aspire Los Gatos). The staff and therapists at Embark has been wonderful! The approach is more hands on and allows the teens to express their issues in either a group and/ or a private setting. I also appreciate that the group size is much smaller and intimate. The facility is beautiful and provides a warm and comfortable environment for the teens. It doesn't feel like a "hospital" unlike the other place that she initially attended. I highly recommend this place!"
