"Been coming here for the last few months and it’s decent, not too crowded and newish weights. However recently, they started a Zumba/fitness class right infront of the walk-in desk. I don’t mind if coaches are teaching clients except this was a coach talking on a speaker infront of…2️⃣ people. You can hear the guy across the gym even through noise cancelling AirPods! I’m sure the gym has to make money but cmon man, atleast lower the speaker volume. Everyone in the gym was looking back at the class. I visit this branch several times a week so I’ll update my review if something changes."
"I wish I can give negative points. I came early to see if I could get introduction to the facility, but unfortunately it was mened by one staff at 6am, and so he ask to come back at 8am. Upto this point I totally could understand that, but when I came back at 8am knowing I was waiting since 6am they should have at least to ask to have a sit...no courtesy or common sense I see at the pissed off guy standing from what it looks also a good 20 min or more leaning against the table as they had no courtesy to ask him to sit little bit. They asked him for his ID once, took him to show him around...20 minutes in the first guy I saw asked for my ID and took my info in his computer...another 5 minutes goes by and the second staff comes back with the first guest whom she gave a tour, and asks me for my ID again...at this point I don't want to say but this seems ridiculously why they have to keep on checking ID twice when clearly the first customer was let in with a single computer input...I explained to the second staff my frustration that I had wait 2 hours because of their deficiency in staff and that I didn't understand why they have to check twice my ID when they already input them with the first staff, and if the second had to do it herself again why did they even input them in the computer with first staff. Waste my time...I say look for another branch of 24 hour fitness where they have more than one staff working, and who understands importance customer's time."
"Happy to update this review. Manager took the time to address my issue. She corrected the problem in a matter of days not weeks. Since my initial complaint they have gone to extra lengths to make sure I feel comfortable and enjoy my experience at this new gym. Props to the manager for going out of her way to listen, and address my concerns. This gym has the best basketball pick games for a local 24, gym is clean, equipment is plentiful, so far so good."
"The facility and equipment is fine. The worst thing about the exercise area is that the turf area is too small and there’s always people doing workouts there so even if you wanted to use it to push/pull the sleds, you can’t because there’s little to no room to work. The biggest downfall of this gym is that there are too many people between 5-10pm. To start, it’s the worst 24 for parking in the area, there’s always a wait for the platforms, sometimes up to 20 minutes, and no less than 10 people in the sauna on most days. Trust me, I know that 5-10pm is prime time for gym hours but over the last 10 years I’ve gone to the 24’s in Yorba Linda, Anaheim Hills, Brea, Anaheim (91 & Lemon) and Orange (The Village) and this one is by far the most crowded for parking, platforms, pool and sauna. Other than that everything is clean and employees are good, just too crowded."
"24 Hour Fitness locations are hit and miss. This one is definitely a hit. It's much cleaner and more organized than the others I've been to, and in general the atmosphere is conducive to focusing on exercise. It's especially nice that there are six olympic racks. It's busy during peak hours, but I have found that most patrons at this location are sensitive to this and will be courteous enough to finish using equipment quickly enough."
