24 Hour Fitness

"A friend and I did a 3 day pass, and it wasn't worth going there at all. Building on the outside looks nice, but once you enter in, it just doesn't look good at all. We went upstairs and all the machines looked broken and not clean. When I went to the studio room, the mats were small, and they looked dirty. Later, my friend and I went on the stairs master and the stairs started moving on it's own and I almost fell from it. Staffs were pretty sweet, and their service was great! But, my issue with this place is that it's not clean. Please fix this building!"

"Terrible first impression… I’ve been to plenty of gyms throughout all of the OC and this one takes the cake for dirtiest… locker room floors are nearly black from dirt and grime, machines that were once white are yellow, liquid substance stains on glass fixtures on the machines that look to be there for ages, broken machines scattered throughout, and a heavy stench throughout the entire second floor. The cherry on-top of it all was watching a stair master break on the guy next to me near the end of my work out. Management is nice so i will leave it at 2 stars."

"The handicap and elderly people came to this place daily, most of them have trouble walking upstairs( I am a handicap person); however; the elevator has frequently broke down( it worked for a few days or a week and broke down again. it happened too many times this year..). The manager and the people work there seem to don't care about that. The elevator has been breaking down more than a week and it has not been fixed yet. I am so frustrated. Also, some of the equipments are bad and they take a long time to fix. I chose to came here because it's close to my home. Now I am thinking about switching to other fitness club like Planet Fitness...."

"I went here last weekend with a friend to check it out for the 1st time...The bathrooms/locker room/sink areas are very dirty which most likely that jacuzzi is disgusting as well. I'm sure no one cleans/disinfects the equipment either. The area to walk to the sauna (which was out of order ) is wet all over the floors with no slip mats to walk on, I was so afraid I was going to slip & fall. The people that work there are nice I'm sure but whomever is in charge needs to step it up & take care of business because that place is a reflection of you & it's disgusting. I doubt I will buy a membership here. I'm shocked & saddened that Bella Terra has something this ran down."

"Terrible decision I ever made. They offered me a anual plan and the front staff told me I could cancel any time, I moved and they don’t have any location close to me and they won’t refund me. This is ridiculous. I did a claim spoke with the manager nothing this is unbelievable. Go upstairs check under the machines and equipment you will see a lot dust under it. When an equipment goes bad forget it will take a couple weeks or even a month to get fixed. Really sad. Recommend go to other gyms because now they only have the name 24h but actually they are not."
