"DRS Athletics is an amazing place. It literally has changed the lives of everyone in our family. My wife, three daughters, and I are all regulars. As noted by many other reviews, the programming is fantastic. We have gotten stronger and faster and leaner. There are two other aspects that I would like to highlight. First, zero injuries. The focus is always on quality over quantity. Recently, I was doing an overhead squat with a very low weight. I asked the coach if I should go up in weight. The answer was, ‘not yet,’ not until quality is higher. Second, the amazing culture. The DRS community is very positive. On a recent afternoon, two of our daughters were working with Coach Rosario while a cross fit class was going on. The entire gym was rocking with shouts of encouragement to the people lifting. Saturday morning classes are particularly popular and fun. On some days, I want to go to DRS just to see the people. Thank you Coach Rosario and all DRS coaches for making our family healthier, fitter, and happier."
