"Ive worked out with a couple different trainers and none of them made me feel super comfortable or excited about working out until I started working out with Victor, he made me look forward to coming to the gym a long with changing my life style. I no longer felt as if working out was a chore but it became something I enjoyed doing. Not only did he just help reach a goal for my body, he also built confidence, I went from being shy and scared, self conscious about the way I looked and felt to being the most talkative in a room, after a couple months I was able to start making conversations with anyone I saw even strangers. He teaches you how to safely handle equipment and really instals into your brain how to use the correct forms and posture. I workout on my own now just due to not being able to commit to timing but his voice is always in my head whenever I go to the gym now, “tighten your core!” is the most prominent one.
