"I wanted to sign up for a gym membership here, as it's close to my job, but was told to return later, as the gym was closed for their "summer camp" program. I'm just wondering why I'd sign up for a gym membership if I won't be able to use it for the majority of each day in the summertime. Maybe it'll be worth it to sign up once fall comes back around, but then I'll still have a block of three months or so towards the end of my membership where I won't be able to use it unless I come by after dinnertime. Between work and school I just can't sign up for something with such limiting availability. Just a warning to anyone thinking of signing up to use their gymnasium."

"The La Mirada Community Gymnasium is a great location for community activities. I did a quick tour with my teen sons over the weekend and the staff was very kind and helpful. There are a number of programs available and the facility had basketball courts, table tennis, and a small gym area. Youth activities include volleyball and pickelball which my boys were thrilled by."

"Love this park and Community Gym Volleyball program is awesome. From what i can see they have multiple other programs going on for kids to adults. Staff is very helpful and seem to be happy crew. Its nice to have a place like this nearby."
