"My second home and the most inviting and inclusive gym I've ever been to. I've been attending functional bodybuilding classes (personal fave class that they offer) at KH for over a year and wanted to share what a special fitness space this is. Not only do they offer two types of strength and conditioning classes (Bodybuilding & Performance) but this is the place if you want to learn Muay Thai, boxing, or BJJ and train with legit competitive pro-fighters that are super nice and super skilled. I love the structure of the classes and the high level of instruction, the students in the class definitely start to form a bond as we work through the ever-evolving workouts that progress each week. Great space too if you're a beginner or just restarting your fitness journey."
