On top of the additional unexpected charge, they continue to have unprofessional billing issues. I paid $120 late fee on that day including a copay for an appt I didn't have. Then my bill was $858, next $750. Finally saying I actually owe $50 additional towards my late cancellation appt. It's ridiculous.
