"Great full body work out. Good for all levels, no experience required. I love how the workouts incorporate boxing and strength. The music is upbeat and great for working out and keeping you in the zone. The coaches are engaging, they encourage you and keep you motivated. Coach Ash is one of my favorites, he gets you so pumped up! Combine this with friendly staff and you have the perfect place to work to workout; whether you’re looking to get that killer summer body or just to improve your overall health. "What a fabulous workout. I've tried cross-fit, martial arts, gyms, and home exercise. This program is the best calorie burn and skills-building experience of them all. Everyone in the class is down to earth and normal. The instructors and staff are really friendly, supportive, and highly skilled. I went from knowing nothing about boxing to feeling that my balance, strength, stamina, and yes, punches, are all improving. I'm and out of there in less than an hour. Lots of free parking. All that and it's fun."

"Its a good work out. Aaron is awesome and spent a good amount of time with me before my first class to help me learn the punches. Class was pretty small, I think because they are still fairly new. I took the small class as a huge benefit though. I was able to get more 1 on 1 time with the coach to help on my form. I've never done a boxing class before so I was a little worried I'd be in over my head, but the moves are simple and can be paired down or scaled up depending on your skill level. Looking forward to them expanding class times as they grow."
"If you are looking for a fun workout, this is the place to be. Every class is filled with smiles and sweat. They do not hold you to a contract like most gyms, so you can definitely give it a try to decide whether you like it or not. The team is super friendly, so feel free to get into contact with them if you have any questions."
