"I would give him zero stars if I could. I recently experienced a miscarriage and was seeking therapy to work through my feelings. Dr Campos Ramos started the call frazzled and asked me questions on the video call. As I spoke he barely looked at me and was not empathetic. Within a few minutes he asked me if I talked to a medical professional about what I did to cause the miscarriage (he admitted to not knowing very much about miscarriages) and I told him doctors believe there’s nothing a mother can do to prevent an early miscarriage. He then proceeds to ask if there’s anything I’d do differently next time. I immediately ended the call. Regardless of if he specializes in miscarriages or grief I’d expect a therapist to act with some level of empathy with all patients. Dr. Campos Ramos lacks basic empathy. I love therapy and have been to other counselors before but I would absolutely avoid seeing him. Journaling will do you a better service than spending money with him."
