"I love this gym so much! I hadn’t worked out consistently for over two years before finding the 12. The atmosphere and community here are unmatched. All the trainers are wonderful. I’ve been to other gyms where the trainers don’t focus on correcting form, but that’s not the case here. Katie and Nichole are so encouraging throughout the workout and really make you push yourself. Justin has such great energy and the best music! I’m so happy to have found this place."

"Jared is awesome! Getting up and getting it done is easy at the 12. In and out before 6 am leaves plenty of time to get the kids ready for school and leaves my day free for everything else. Jared is up beat, super knowledgeable and basically makes waking up early to exercise not suck. If getting in early doesn’t happen, the other trainers are also excellent. I’ve taken classes with Brooke, Katie, Dana and Tyler and none of them disappoint. All can answer your questions regarding training, recovery, modifications, etc. In addition, the facilities are always clean, maintained, and towels are provided (which is a nice perk)."
