"Started training again after a few years off at a different academy. Only great things to say about Caique. Great instruction, outstanding lineage (if you care about that) and a good mix of self defense, old school pressure style and newer school Jiu Jitsu. A wide variety of class times, including earlier mornings which are key for me. Lots of colored belts on the mats. Any advance class has a bunch of black belts rolling in addition to Pedro and Thomaz who are great instructors. My kids also go, and the children’s program is very good. Most importantly the overall vibe of the academy is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended spot."
