"STAY AWAY go some place else. Do not use this place I have been trying to get my treatment pre-authorized with my insurance and Monique their billing coordinator has not submitted any request after multiple times of calling and having my insurance call on my behalf. I had to pay for treatments up front at full price and now she is refusing to call me back after a dozen times of trying to call and I am out the money and my insurance has denied the claims. The PT workers are great and facility is great but the billing and admin staff don't care and offer abysmal customer service."

"A good therapist can make can make a huge difference , the general problem I have encountered is you have to go through a bunch of them to find a good one. After going through Kaiser, PAMf and few local centers I am glad I found Peak performance. I hate it when a therapist shows you exercise, gives you videos and tells you to just do those exercises at home. No matter how hard I try I end up doing something wrong at home and the therapy feels useless. I loved the approach Neeva and team takes and monitors you constantly. A small adjustment they make would result in me actually stretching and strengthening the right muscle but that requires a therapist attention that is hard to replicate at home. I also love that they are fixing the root cause, bad posture in my case, instead of just trying to temporarily heal the pain so you end up in therapy 6 months down the lane. Overall very happy with the results so far."

"You should go here if you need fast and perfect recovery. Amazing staff! All of the staff are super good. My doctor knew I could not get back to walking so easily and normal physical therapy at the hospital will not help. Hence, I was referred to Peak Performance. The staff knew what was needed. Just after one session, I was able to get rid of my crutches. Soon, I got my full range of motion and later strengthening helped me get out of pain completely. Unlike other physical therapy places, you will not be rushed through the sessions and so every session is done with fully dedicated staff. Huge Thanks to Neeva and Todd.
