I called myself and I told them who I was and got the receptionist to hang up the phone on me. This happened a couple years back and I haven't had the time to write the review and I forgot of this complex name (pretty forgettable). This place doesn't care about veterans. "The reason for my 5 stars is Tim’s knowledge and hands-on approach. Every exercise he conducts he asks if you are okay with the level of strength he applies. He enquires not only if it is painful to you, but also if you don’t feel enough of a stretch. He then adjusts his exercise to your tolerance. Apex is meticulous and the staff that is working with Tim is focuses on listing to you and providing best guidance for all your individual exercises. I’ve had many Physical Therapists in the past and many times I would come out of sessions feeling that it was a waste of time, but never with Tim, after I discovered Apex in San Carlos."
