They keep me on task and check in frequently. Scheduling and billing are easy as well. I have 10 more weeks to go and look forward to continued progress."

"They cancelled my 4 remaining sessions and when I went there to reschedule she said that she needs to talk to therapist in order to still put me on the schedule. First of all, they were the one who put me to a different therapist in between after 5/6 sessions when everything was going smooth and when I had a perfect time schedule according to my needs. Then the lady at front said Therapist is leaving so we need to schedule the one with the other one which was okay but the time schedule was totally random. I had all the shifts before that started in between 9 and 9:30 am. But with the new therapist they only had available at the odd hours someday like 1 pm/4pm some days at 10/11am. They were the one who messed up at first and I had a family emergency and had to go to out of city to meet them, and could not attend the therapy session and when I came back so that I could reschedule, the lady just said we have checked you out or something and the remaining sessions needs to be cancelled or I need to talk to the therapist to see if he can let you in. On top that even new therapist had called in sick one day and my therapy got cancelled and I was okay and when I had a family emergency and had to go out of town, they cancel on me. This place honestly could use some sensibility towards the situation, when you have the family emergency, calling and cancelling the therapy is the last thing you can think about. There are much better place else where. This is the last time I would be using this facility and from here on now I would not recommend anyone to use this service."
