"Dr. Steven Hobbs is an incredible psychologist and truly helped me change my life. I was struggling with depression and anxiety for years before I started working with Dr. Hobbs and now (3 years later) I can say my life has completely changed for the better. Dr. Hobbs is kind, caring and to-the-point. He helped me face my problems head on and gave me the tools I needed to make lasting changes. By utilizing CBT and a combination of exercise and mindfulness, I was able to achieve real change. I went from being depressed and overweight, I could hardly run 3 miles without dying to now running three miles every morning and taking first place in a body building competition. Only you can make these changes happen for yourself, but Dr. Hobbs can give you the tools and resources you need in order to see things in a different light. I can't thank Dr. Hobbs enough for helping me achieve a life of my own creation where I am no longer shackled by the grips of anxiety and depression. I can't recommend him enough!
