"I hope the owner of this establishment reads this review. The state of their accounting is chaotic and dishonest. After visiting just once, I have no intention of returning. During my initial visit, I paid the co-payment as required. However, they later claimed I owed more money. According to my insurance company, I was only responsible for the co-payment. I attempted to clarify the situation with their accounting and assured them I would pay once the invoice was clarified. However, I received no response. Despite leaving numerous voicemails during regular business hours, I was unable to speak to anyone for clarification at the San Mateo location. Suddenly, my family and I received a call from a debt collection agency. It's unbelievable that they even harassed my family members. My advice to the owner: If you profess to offer excellent service to your customers, you must uphold that promise. Your accounting practices are highly unprofessional, dishonest, lacking in communication, and resorting to sending customers to collections. I refuse to return to your facility and feel deeply disrespected by your business practices."
