"Don't use this organization. I had an initial consult with them and received an almost $200 bill without notice. They never found me a therapist but charged me for a brief discussion to determine my therapy needs. Everyone else I had an initial consult with was free which is standard practice within the therapy profession."
"Two Chairs was the most positive, most focused therapy I’ve done (and I’ve done LOTS). It’s been a month since I paused therapy, and the skills I learned have helped me navigate over and around the bumps in my road."
"My experience with TwoChairs has been horrible. From the time I was referred by my healthcare provider to the time I actually had my first therapy session alone took around two months. In addition, the leadership and executive team of this company absolutely suck. They don’t follow through with their mission set of providing quality mental health care in a timely manner and fail to address the needs of their clients. Even after I emailed people in leadership there was nothing but silence. Unless you want a subpar and painfully annoying mental health service, look elsewhere. I’m still upset that I wasted three months with TwoChairs."
"Customer service is horrible. Had an appointment booked and they canceled last minute. I reschedule and never got notification or link, when the lady called she didn't leave a phone number and the call was blocked. She sent me an email saying I failed to show I explained why and they sent me their cancellation policy instead of apologizing. I decided to not use their services. What a joke"
"I have greatly benefitted from my counselor at Two Chairs. They try to match you with someone who they think will meet your needs and they sure came up with the perfect person for me! I recommend them highly!"
