"I have been training with Frankie for as many years as he has been training. In my 20's I had many issues with my back including scoliosis, and sciatica. Frankie has led me through years of challenging programs that have increased not only my physical strength but mental strength as well (sciatica gone - scoliosis managed). What makes Frankie a great trainer is his total focus on his client and his attention to the client's form and execution. Two other things about Frankie that stand out for me are that Frankie prepared a personalized, weekly nutrition regimen for me, and he also prepared a personalized workout for me to use when I am out of town.
