Willows Physical Therapy

"Therapy aids gossiped about how much they disliked many of the patients. Disregarded hippa laws and regulations. One of the new therapists couldn’t pass her exam 5 times and finally passed and now works in the willows site. Lack of management and they all breach their own rules of conduct. If you go there just be prepared to be talked about and staff telling others how much the other patients disgust them or bother them. Don’t bother complaining to “upper management” when they all fraternize with one another. Highly recommend to report to the state for any complaints. Seriously beware and choose to go elsewhere if you can. Also note that the owners own the willows location as well as the one in colusa and the physical therapy in Chico that they will refer you to so be careful if you value your dignity and privacy."
