"My friends were happy with their services here so I decided to try them myself. I say try because I was never able to get an appointment. I understand when businesses are overwhelmed and can't accommodate everyone. The disappointment stems from their very unprofessional actions. After repeated attempts to communicate with a staff member, I finally was able to meet with an instructor for an interview and she was very pleasant and informative. I said I'd like to join and she told me there would be a two week wait to see someone, but to go online and sign up to ensure a spot. They debited my account that day; three weeks later I received an email stating they had no cancelations yet and they would fit me in eventually. After 6 weeks I asked for a refund, which they processed. I think what irks me most is the lack of customer service. I owned my own business for 30 years and realized early on that communication is key to success. I always responded to my prospective clients quickly and kept the lines of communication active throughout the business relationship. I've gotten better service from a faceless corporation who cares nothing about my membership. If the owner of this studio had even once tried to talk to me and explain her position, I'm sure I would have stayed for the time it took to see me. I asked for a refund because it was clear she didn't value me as a client. If you're interested in feeling valued as a person, I suggest you go elsewhere. For all I know they could be quite competent trainers, but I'll never find out."
