"I haven't had the opportunity to schedule an appointment and will not be after my experience with the front desk person. The office doesn't have a person answering incoming calls so all calls go directly to voicemail. I had to call twice to get a callback. The Office Assistant (Alma) was very rude to me on the phone while I was trying to provide her with my personal information. I had to ask her if she was having a bad day based on her tone of voice. I am a hearing-impaired person and obviously, she has no patience. Too busy to take incoming calls and too busy to see any new patients in the near future."
