"The owner Soo is very rude. She hangs up the phone in your face and then lies about what she charges. She’s very rude and disrespectful to all parents that are not of her culture (Asian). She took my phone out of my hand and hung up my phone call with the other parent whom I was speaking with. She thinks that this is professional and appropriate. Many parents just left her studios (San Ramon and Blackhawk locations) because of this. Also. She fired our dance teacher whom we love without notice and refuses to refund us."
