"I have been a member of this place before it was acquired by Bay Club and after the Bayclub transition experience is sub par, the service is not what they charge for and they keep increasing membership fees every 6 months. In the last 12 months they have increased the fees by $45 without any significant improvements to the facility. More importantly, they are not transparent about their price increase. They send out an annual update, or an update with their achievements and sneak in the price change in a single line without any explaination. (image attached) We have been considering other options, just received a notification about VillaSport next door and might switch over."

"Everyone is willing to show how to use the equipment , talk about different clothes in the shop, & explain different drinks & food in the cafe. There is always equipment to use & classes to join. The kids are carefully watched & encouraged to join in the kids' activities. This club is good for all ages & skill levels."

"Very unprofessional faculties here!! Been here when it was Clubsports! But recently a few incidents happened to me personally at the facility was extremely disappointing. The way their employee handled the situation was so unprofessional(especially the one name Michelle) is just awful. Definitely moving away from this place. There are far better gym around us. Think twice before you walk into the gym."

"This place has everything. There are four pools including an adult only pool with underwater speakers that play music while you swim. There's a nice cafe with a range of food and drink options. And a huge selection of equipment, too. Lots of exercise classes and even child care is available onsite. The lockers and entire facility are very clean and well kept throughout. If you're looking for a new gym, definitely check this place out."
