"The short of it: Kids Classes- The instructors here make demanding classes truly FUN for the children. If you want your kids to get the life-skills promised by most schools with real quality self-defense training, this is your spot. Individual attention and quality training make this school a great choice. Teen & Adult Classes: Very small classes for individual attention and a full spectrum of martial arts training that is neither overwhelming nor boring. Rooted in traditional Tae Kwon Do and Karate, adult students are also exposed to many other skill-sets including boxing, jujitsu, sport karate and other practical self-defense. My Thoughts: As a Bay Area martial artist, and school-owner myself, I know I share with many other martial artists a special gladness Chris de Vera, Chief Instructor and Founder of OSMA, has created his own program. Chris is an especially talented martial artist and pours all of his attention and care into his students, thoroughly teaching technique and theory like no other.
