"Ken is on the of the best personal trainers! He makes training fun with his energetic personality. He is also super caring, listening to your needs and pain points. I had the chance to work with him when I was recovering from a hip injury. My main focus was "when will I get to work out again at my normal level", well Ken goes a step further to make sure he is incorporating functional training for everything you do in your everyday life. This is huge because if you skip past every day functions you will never see optimal performance in your workouts.
