Reviews of Jayfitelite personal training studio
"Best gym for women, they teach you everything as you go. I’ve received great results from being here a year now ❤️"
"Jayfitelite isn’t a safe space for women, black women especially. Jay and I had a private disagreement over email and she went and posted my full name on display for all of her followers to see, which resulted in me being gang stalked. I didn’t want to leave a review, but I was notified of another post stating I was playing the race card. Making a mockery of me speaking out and addressing social, micro aggressive issues I experienced at the gym isn’t a joking matter. My experience as a black woman in your gym is valid, I’m not playing the “race card”. Running with that narrative is tone death and bigoted. If you notice, none of the reviews are from black women. But I have a few. After Jay’s and I’s exchange, she erratically made a post about me on her social media. When I posted explaining my side of the situation, she then lied and said I posted her first. I never initiated any public shame or posts. She plastered my name, face, and social media as some weird intimidation and smear tactic, in hopes of “exposing” me and making me feel small. Black women are often punished for speaking out, so I’m not surprised. For context: I let the owner know through email that I was ending my membership at a certain date…when I arrived to the gym the following day, I felt weird energy. She even went as far as partnering me by myself even though we had an even number of girls. That is retaliation. That is ostracizing a person. Who would stay in a catty gym for another 30 days? I decided for myself, and my mental health, to part ways with the gym. I blocked her number and email and went to my bank to block any future transactions (Given, I had already paid for the last week at the gym, no services were stolen) I didn’t want anything to do with the owner or the gym anymore. Throughout the weeks, she tried relentlessly to charge my bank account. I’ve have multiple claims and disputes to prove that. Jay lacks the emotional intelligence to deal with business related matters with rationality. She runs her business like a mean 16 year old. I’ll be attaching a few interactions with her and some REAL reviews other people have sent me. Please try to grow and learn from your shortcomings in the future."
"Best women’s gym. All the coaches are very supportive and kind. I would 100% recommend anyone to join."
