"My favorite workout class everrrr!! Go to a Gregs class he teaches on Fridays and youll be in for a real workout treat! Love the music really gets you pumped to punch and move! Class is about an hour consists of boxing and weights so you get a full body work out! It’s awesome they also have showers and toiletries in the bathrooms as well!"
"Better than the one in Sunnyvale. Generally, it’s a kind of cardio classes. No one care about the way you punch the bag. Not suitable for those who want to learn really box. But it’s an interesting way to do some cardio exercises. They have bath rooms to take a shower and a small strength training room"
"The workout program itself is nice enough. But beware if you have claustrophobia. The group class room is small and they turn off all the lights when class starts. The music was very loud even with earplugs in. I got nauseous and felt like it was hard to breathe just 10 minutes into the workout."
"This is a night-club style gym. Not to my taste, but it night be OK for others. The room was quite dark, and I could only stand to be in it for about 5 seconds. The music was deafeningly loud. I didn't stay for the workout. It hurt my ears too much. Also, get there early. We were there 15 minutes before 9 a.m. Saturday class and had to park over a block away. It must be impossible in the evenings."
"Rumble is a 45 minute boxing class. Four sets, 10 rounds. First two sets are three rounds each second two sets are two rounds each. You start on either the floor or bag and then swap. Giving this a 5 stars as the class was fun and the front desk team was super nice and let us into the class despite a class pass booking fiasco. If you're working out here, you've probably been to Barry's and high probability you're a millennial that works in tech, just saying. In terms of the class, I recommend getting the wraps they have at rumble, they're only $5 and much easier to take off then your typical boxing wraps. Boxing: The bags are tear dropped shape which allow you to duck under and also do some cool exercises (crunches while punching the bag). The space can be a little tight but it's enough to get the job done. I enjoyed the boxing rounds and it was really up to me to push it, punch harder or faster. The pace feels right and the music matched well. Floor: The floor feels like a mix of weights and plyometrics. Given that boxing is cardio intensive, I recommend using this time to focus on strength building and heavier weights, fewer reps. Overall, the floor feels like a breather before you jump back into the boxing sessions."
