"My 6-year-old daughter and I just finished a twice-a-week session through H.A.R.D with the InNae Academy and Master Urbanik. I strongly recommend this martial arts academy. Master Urbanik has tremendous experience (see the website). The classes were fun, both for the required adult and the child, and just the right length of time for little ones. I'm amazed by how much my child has learned. This is not an aggressive, MMA-directed style, thank goodness, rather, it feels like a more traditional style with an emphasis on respect of the teacher, parent and the Academy, as well as a strong emphasis on self respect and empowerment, through the taught values of integrity, perseverance, and indomitable spirit. I really appreciated the fact that the Master was a woman. For my little girl, I think this fact will be ingrained into her psyche forever. I also really liked the emphasis on self defense through taught skills like the power of the voice, the principal of personal space, and multiple skills to evade/defend/escape from an attacker. All this was done with tact: teaching a hugely valuable concept/skill, especially for girls, without instilling fear. Truly, we are lucky to have Master Urbanik. PS Be aware that there is an N95 mask requirement for anyone entering the studio; this was an absolute requirement."

Master Urbanik is very skillful in guiding children to follow the rules and to engage them in practicing the skills.
