Capoeira Arts Foundation

The Capoeira Arts Foundation, located in Berkeley, California, is dedicated to promoting and preserving the African-Brazilian experience through the art of Capoeira. This unique martial art and dance form is a rich cultural tradition that blends fighting techniques with rhythmic movements and music.

At CAF, we offer classes in Capoeira and other traditional art forms, as well as host events that celebrate the diversity and beauty of our community. Through our educational programs, publications, and artistic endeavors, we strive to highlight the values and history of our culture.
