I have never had the detailed instruction i have had until i started training at Shotokan Karate Academy. Hanshi Rick Llewellyn is an amazing instructor with great knowledge, he even trains with us in class! After looking around in my area for a closer dojo to attend, i cant imagine training anywhere else. I drive almost an hour and a half twice a week to attend!
