"Second time here , front desk is not friendly I had to asked them how are you all doing !! They were busy talking with them selves . The second time I came the bathroom is dirty and the sinks has molds and other trash in it !! I put my shower bag and came to find out it’s missing I am like I am sure it was there while I was using the bathroom I am looking everywhere I am like come on did they trash it !!???? I look by the trash can it’s sitting by the edge of it . This is insane you are trashing someone’s belonging , the guy was just mopping the floors that is all he did and walked out !! They need to get their ducks in order . No toilet papers I get it night shift is taking tolls on you but you can’t even put toilet paper , The restrooms are in the same shape dirty nothing cleaned . Hope they take this seriously before people stop coming here ."

"I used to work out at Planet Fitness, then I tried other gyms in the area who cost me way more money and did not have anything like what my black card membership offers. Not only that but while at Planet Fitness, I achieved the highest level of physical fitness I've ever had. Needless to say I returned to Planet Fitness and my only regret is leaving in the first place."

"I came today to register for this group and I was treated very poorly by the girls working on the computer at the reception. I asked for help to register for the gym, but I did not find any help from them. Just on cue, go and sit there and I was treated very badly. I didn't expect this. The place accepts that these girls work here only to take money, and there is no work or help for those who come to register here. They were two girls, and it was two o'clock in the afternoon, and I did not find any respect from them. In the end I asked the man for help, and the people at the reception helped me a lot. I thank this young man max"

"I just joined planet fitness yesterday and I am not happy at all with my membership and it hasn’t even been 24 hours yet. Employees on their phones, when you call to speak to the manager they say the manager is on lunch call back in 30 minutes, I call back 2 hours later girl said manager is at lunch call back in 30 minutes I said I just did that, I called back it’s been 2 hours how long does he go on lunch? My point is they need to hire adults. Not to mention the girl at 5am this morning didn’t know what she was talking about when I ask her about the trainer or what time I could meet with them. I left my number have not heard from them yet. Poorly managed"

"Horrible customer service. Front desk attendants do nothing but play on their phone. Bathrooms nasty. They never clean this place it seems like."
